Message Note in the photo below that the correct length TT plug is on the far right:

..and the correct TT plug is in the bottom of this photo:

Here is what it looks like when the wrong plug is installed on a TT cylinder head:

Compare to this (correct length):

Another example of the wrong length:

You need to be careful because most (if not all) Nissan dealers appear to only list/stock the NA plug and say it's OK to use for TT applications. There are accounts of people having used the shorter plugs only to have their cars run poorly some time after installing the shorter plugs. The correct NGK number for the TT plug: PFR6G-11G (it used to be PFR6B-11B, but this has been phased out - the difference is that that the "B" version is a platinum tip while the "G" version is a platinum coated tip). Note:If you go with the standard NGK platinum plug be sure it has the letter code after the "-11", this designates the longer version of the plug for the TT application. As in the example I listed above - PFR6G-11G is the correct number. PFR6G-11 would be the shorter plug used for the NA engine. You can find these details in this link

Notice the longer plug has a "B" after the -11 in this picture:

The only thing I do not know 100% is if this extends to the iridium plugs that Specialty-Z and IPP sell. These appear to be somewhat shorter than a regular TT plug but maybe not as short as an NA plug (I've never measured them so I can't back this up).

I went through this exercise a few weeks ago and found all of the info through searching. Here are some examples of the key words I used: "spark plug" "platinum spark plug", "iridium spark plug", "spark plug gap". It takes time to find this info through searching, but as I've demonstrated above it can be found.

I hope this is helpful.
